Diana Castro, the Founder and President of H3Design, is responsible for the firm's strategic focus and business administration. She oversees the firm's growth and development. She defines the firm's business objectives, considers internal and external impacts, develops and implements strategies, assigns specific staff accountable for each of the measures and monitors the progress as to achieve positive outcome.
Diana possesses over 18 years of experience in Architecture and Interior Architecture and Design. Diana's dedication and supervision in design and her consistent involvement in the whole design process, a hands-on approach to programming and planning has successfully produced designs that far exceeded the clients' expectations. Not to mention, as a remarkable leader Diana does not only successfully lead the design team to win numerous awards and obtain recognition within the design industry but also demonstrates that Diana is a trustworthy person and has social ethic. Her clients always benefit from her devotion and expert advisory.
Prior to setting up H3Design, Diana served as a Director of Interior Architecture and Design Department at Gallo Herbert Lebolo Architects. She was also Gallo's LEED® design development coordinator for interior and exterior building environment. Diana specialized in programming, schematic design, design development, construction documentation and construction administration in various areas, namely hospitality, healthcare, higher education, corporate facilities and so on. Diana has successfully led various projects such as major South Florida Universities, signature corporate headquarters, large retail lifestyle centers, the Department of Homeland Security and large-scale multifamily communities.
Recent projects Diana has successfully led to receive the LEED certification are the first LEED Platinum Certified Commercial Interior in the State of Florida and a LEED Silver Certified Building for the Immigrations and Customs Enforcement Department. In addition, her work has been recognized with numerous awards and featured in national publications.
Diana obtained her Bachelor and Master degree in Architecture from Universidad America [Bogota - Colombia, S.A], and her Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from The Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale with a mentionable honor. Diana is a registered Architect in Colombia and a licensed Interior Designer in the State of Florida. Diana is also a member of the American Society of Interior Designers, and a LEED® AP. member of the U.S. Green Building Council. |

| Carmen joined H3Design as a project director in 2011. She is responsible for coordination of construction documents, FF&E specification, client presentations, graphics and AutoCAD standard. She participates in every phase of the design process to ensure the outcome of the project remains strong and consistent at every level of detail and construction. Carmen is a versatile and well-respected designer with a sincere dedication to design perfection and quality work. Furthermore, her attention to detail and sensitivity to program integration play an important role in the development of her designs at H3Design. |

| Sandra is the Financial Officer at H3Design and offers over 12 years of experience to the company's accounting and administration department. Sandra oversees all aspects of the finance department, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, human resources and payroll. Additionally she is responsible for the website management. |
